PETG Single Use Bottle Assemblies
Custom Assembly Solutions

Single-Use Bottle Assembly Solutions
Ace Sanitary PETG bottle assemblies provide a process-ready solution for sampling, storage, production, and laboratory workflows in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, and other controlled environments. Each single use bottle assembly integrates a bottle, cap, tubing, and specified connections into a convenient configuration, reducing the number of components teams must source and assemble. The resulting closed-system design helps reduce contamination risk while supporting efficient setup, transfer, and disposal.
PETG Bottles for Controlled Fluid Transfer
PETG offers the clarity needed to visually monitor contents while providing dependable performance for bioprocess applications. Multiple bottle sizes give teams the flexibility to select a configuration suited to small-volume sampling, intermediate storage, or production requirements. The available size charts below provide specifications for standard and gamma-irradiated PETG bottles.
Material selection should reflect the process, sterilization method, fluid compatibility, and applicable regulatory requirements. Although PETG is the primary material offered on this page, PETG, PP, HDPE, and PC materials have different performance characteristics. Customers evaluating polycarbonate or other alternatives should work with Ace Sanitary to confirm the appropriate material and configuration for their application.
Custom Caps, Ports, Tubing, and Connections
Ace Sanitary offers custom bottle assemblies with two- or three-port cap configurations for 38-430 neck sizes used on many commercially available bottles. Port layouts can be configured around the intended workflow, including product transfer, venting, sampling, or dip-tube access. Notched dip tubes, customized tubing lengths, component selections, and connection types are also available.
Integrated tubing and hygienic fittings help create a more complete fluid transfer path while simplifying installation. Tubing material and connection method should be chosen according to chemical compatibility, sterilization requirements, and the equipment used within the process. When sterile welding or sealing is required, compatible tubing can be specified as part of the assembly. Ace Sanitary can also help determine whether connectors, clamps, valves, or other components are appropriate for the intended system.
Sterility, Traceability, and Process Readiness
Assemblies are available with gamma irradiation from 25 kGy to 45 kGy for microbial control and a sterility assurance level of 10⁻⁶. Each assembly is individually double-bagged and supplied process-ready, with identification labels on the inner bag. These features help support cleanroom transfer, lot tracking, and controlled introduction into regulated processing environments.
Available configurations incorporate USP compliant materials and may support additional requirements listed in the Certifications section below, including animal-derived-component-free, RoHS, USP 87, DEHP-free, BPA-free, latex-free, non-pyrogenic, non-toxic, and DNase/RNase-free options. Customers should request the applicable material certificates, irradiation records, and compliance documents needed for their validation protocols.
Made-to-Order Support From Ace Sanitary
Ace Sanitary provides made-to-order bottle assemblies for upstream and downstream processing, sampling, storage, laboratory work, and closed fluid transfer. Configurations can be tailored by bottle size, tubing length, number of ports, dip-tube design, connections, components, and labeling requirements. With no minimum order quantities, fast lead times, and expedited quoting, customers can order the configuration their process requires without committing to unnecessary volume.
