About Our Sanitary Gaskets
Ace Sanitary’s pharmaceutical grade gaskets are used to seal joints in piping and equipment in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. They are made to be highly resistant to chemicals, heat, and they must meet strict standards for cleanliness and purity.
Made of elastomers, such as Silicone, EPDM, FKM, or PTFE, these materials are non-toxic, inert, and resistant to a wide range of chemicals and temperatures. Options like platinum cured silicone gaskets provide excellent flexibility and purity for sensitive applications, while FKM gaskets are often selected for their durability in high-temperature and chemically demanding environments.

Tri-clamp gaskets: These gaskets are used with tri-clamp fittings, which are a common type of connection in sanitary piping systems.
