The Ace Sanitary HCX Hot/Cold Water Mixing Station is a reliable, cost-effective washdown station designed to safely mix hot and cold water to the desired outlet temperature. Individual globe valves provide simple, precise control of the hot and cold water supply, while an integrated, easy-to-read temperature gauge clearly displays the outlet water temperature.
The HCX Washdown Station is available in stainless steel or brass/bronze construction and can be equipped with Ace Sanitary’s exclusive SmartFlow safety feature. This thermostatically controlled, in-line safety shutoff valve automatically stops water flow if the outlet temperature exceeds the specified shutoff temperature. SmartFlow is available with shutoff temperatures of 125°F, 135°F, or 145°F. Custom temperature settings are available as special order options.
Designed for hot and cold water washdown applications, the HCX provides a simple solution for controlling washdown water temperature while helping improve operator safety.
Important: The HCX is not rated for steam service. For steam and water mixing applications, refer to the Ace Sanitary STVM Washdown Station.
