Production Assembler

About the Role

If you've ever dreamed of building something that actually holds pressure, this is your moment. As a Production Assembler, you'll be the mastermind behind assembling hoses and fittings that don't just connect parts, they keep industries flowing smoothly (literally). You'll transform raw materials into high-quality assemblies that meet strict company, customer, and regulatory standards, all while keeping your workspace cleaner than your kitchen counter.

What You'll Do

• Pick, cut, and conquer: Select the right fittings, cut hoses to size, and label them like a pro.
• Assemble with finesse: Crimp, test, and perfect each hose assembly to ensure it's leak-free and ready for action.
• Test like a scientist: Record performance data because details matter (and we love proof).
• Keep it clean: Work in a clean room or sanitary manufacturing area, white gloves not required, but close.
• Be a team player: Jump in to help other departments and cross-train. Bonus points if you bring snacks.
• Safety first: Be the champion of safety, ethics, and company culture.
• Stay tidy: Maintain a workspace that would make Marie Kondo proud.
• Other duties as assigned: Because surprises make life interesting.

What You Bring to the Table

• A team-first attitude and sharp attention to detail
• The ability to stay motivated and hit deadlines without a pep talk
• Skill with calipers and tape measures (we'll be impressed if you know 1/16" by heart)
• Steady hands and solid manual dexterity? you'll be working with tools, not spreadsheets

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to handle the physical side of the job:
• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 25 lbs. regularly, 50 lbs. occasionally)
• Using tools and safely navigating the manufacturing floor
