Upon receiving and starting up equipment from overseas, it was found that the flexible connections leaked, and commissioning could not continue. Obtaining a replacement from the vendor overseas would have delayed the commissioning. It was late in the afternoon on the east coast, but I called Ace Sanitary anyway. After describing the situation, Ace Sanitary put a rush order through and we received the hose the next day. Thanks to Ace Sanitary, we were able to stay on schedule.
