The Brewers Association is a 501(c)(6) not-for-profit trade association. The association is an organization of brewers, for brewers and by brewers. More than 5,036 U.S. brewery members and 46,000 members of the American Homebrewers Association are joined by members of the allied trade, beer wholesalers, retailers, individuals, other associate members and the Brewers Association staff to make up the Brewers Association.

NSF International , The Public Health and Safety Company™, a not-for-profit, non-governmental organization, is the world leader in standards development, product certification, education, and risk-management for public health and safety. For 65 years, NSF has been committed to public health, safety, and protection of the environment. While focusing on food, water, indoor air, and the environment, NSF develops national standards, provides learning opportunities, and provides third-party conformity assessment services while representing the interests of all stakeholders. The primary stakeholder groups include industry, the regulatory community, and the public at large.

The United States Pharmacopeia (USP) is a non–governmental, official public standards–setting authority for prescription and over–the–counter medicines and other healthcare products manufactured or sold in the United States. USP also sets widely recognized standards for food ingredients and dietary supplements. USP sets standards for the quality, purity, strength, and consistency of these products–critical to the public health.

ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements, and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable regulatory requirements.

Dairy Standardization aids in the marketing of milk and dairy products by providing a common language of trade through the development, improvement, and interpretation of standards, specifications and quality improvement programs.  Ace Sanitary adheres to these standards throughout the Flex-Rite and Seal-Rite products.

21 CFR 170-199 - The FDA has regulations for "food contact materials"-- materials that are intended to be in contact with food. Food contact materials can be constructed from a variety of materials like plastics, rubber, paper, coatings, metal etc. During the contact of the food molecules can migrate from the food contact material to the food. Because of this, in many countries regulations are made to ensure food safety.  Ace Sanitary complies with all Food Contact Materials listed with the FDA.

21 CFR 177.2600 - This FDA compliance, which falls under the above 21 CFR 170 - 199, specifies the proper treatment for rubber articles intended for repeated use and may be safely used in producing, manufacturing, packing, processing, preparing, treating, packaging, transporting, or holding food, subject to the provisions of this section. 

FDA Grade "A" Pasteurized Milk Ordinance - Grade A milk, also called fluid grade milk, refers to milk produced under sufficiently sanitary conditions to qualify for fluid (beverage) consumption. Only Grade A milk is regulated under federal milk marketing orders.

3-A Sanitary Standards, Inc. (3-A SSI) is an independent, not-for-profit corporation dedicated to advancing hygienic equipment design for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. 3-A SSI represents the interests of three stakeholder groups with a common commitment to promoting food safety and the public health—regulatory sanitarians, equipment fabricators and processors.

NAHAD promotes high standards of professionalism and integrity within the hose and accessories industry by providing a medium for communications, education and training, so that quality is maximized and profitability enhanced.
